This website is operated by Future Resonance. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Future Resonance. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

The Resting Room is a one-day event held on Saturday 14 November 2026 in partnership with Heveya. By visiting this site and/or booking a place at the event, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"), including the additional policies referenced in them.

Please read these Terms carefully before booking. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to all of them, you may not use the site or book a place.

We may update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the site following any change constitutes acceptance of it. The terms that govern a booking you have already paid for are the ones you accepted at the time of booking; the version is recorded on your confirmation.

By agreeing to these Terms you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a booking adult, who remains responsible for them throughout the session.

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction in using it. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service, or admission, to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Card information is always encrypted in transfer, and is handled by our payment processor rather than by us.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

The headings in this agreement are for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

A booking reserves a place for one person at one session, in the zone and mattress tier you chose, for the duration of that session. A round bed is sold whole, at one price, and seats up to three people.

Within a zone and tier, individual mattresses are assigned at check-in. A Standard booking may be a Heveya III · Lux, a Heveya II or a WOL mattress; we do not take requests between them.

Places are limited and are allocated in the order payment completes. A booking is confirmed only when payment has been taken and you have received a confirmation email.

We have made every effort to represent the room, the zones and the mattresses accurately. The floor plan on this site is illustrative; the room as built may differ in detail.

All bookings are final. Once paid, a booking cannot be cancelled, changed, transferred or refunded.

Our full cancellation and late-arrival policy is a separate document, accepted separately at checkout, and forms part of these Terms.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your session. We cannot admit guests who are more than 10 minutes late, because entering a session in progress disrupts it for everyone in the room.

Once a session has begun we ask that you remain in the room until it ends, except in an emergency.

A session involves sustained low-frequency sound at volume, lying down, in a dimmed room. It is a rest practice and it is not medical treatment, therapy or a substitute for either.

If you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, wear a pacemaker or other implanted device, have a recent injury or surgery, or have a heart, hearing or psychiatric condition, please consult your doctor before booking, and tell us at check-in.

You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own wellbeing during the session. Tell a member of the team at any point if you need to leave or need help.

We may refuse admission to anyone who appears intoxicated or unwell, without refund.

Bring as little as you can. Belongings are left at your own risk and we accept no liability for loss of or damage to personal property at the venue.

Please treat the mattresses and bedding with care. We may charge for deliberate or reckless damage.

Guests may not photograph, film or record during a session. The light and the sound of a device carry across a dark room.

We may photograph or film the event for our own use. If you prefer not to appear, tell us at check-in and we will keep you out of frame.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more accurate, complete or timely sources.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on it.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price that applies to your booking is the one shown when you paid, and it is recorded on your confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of the programme, at any time. Facilitators, instruments and running order may change. If we cancel a session outright, section 4 and the cancellation policy apply.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service beyond the refund described in the cancellation policy.

Payment is taken at the time of booking, by card, through our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card details.

Prices shown on this site are exclusive of GST. 9% GST is calculated and shown at checkout, and the total including GST is the amount charged.

Your confirmation email is your receipt. It is not a tax invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking you place with us, and to limit or cancel the number of places bought per person, per household or per booking. Where we change or cancel a booking we will attempt to contact you using the email address or phone number you gave at the time.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate booking information, and to keep it up to date, so that we can complete your booking and contact you as needed.

We may provide access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor control. They are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and we have no liability arising from your use of them.

Links on this site may take you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy, and we are not liable for any harm related to goods or services bought from them. Please review their policies before transacting with them.

We collect the names of those attending, and the email address and phone number of the person booking, in order to run the door list, send your confirmation and reach you if a session changes. We do not sell it.

Your submission of personal information through this site is governed by our privacy policy.

Occasionally there may be information on this site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, availability or timings. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to change or update information, or cancel a booking, if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have booked. Where we cancel a booking for this reason, we refund it in full.

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on this site except as required by law.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; to violate any regulations, rules, laws or local ordinances; to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or discriminate on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin or disability; to submit false or misleading information; to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape; for any obscene or immoral purpose; or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of these.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and everything delivered to you through it are, except as expressly stated by us, provided "as is" and "as available", without representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.

In no case shall Future Resonance, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service or attendance at the event, even if advised of their possibility. Where a jurisdiction does not allow such exclusion, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and in any event to the amount you paid for the booking.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Future Resonance and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in force.

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive it. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. If in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any provision, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice; you remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the cancellation and late-arrival policy and any other policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements or proposals, oral or written. Any ambiguity in their interpretation shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
